No, I have not seen 'Zeitgeist', I'm afraid I didn't know there was one to watch? I know the word and it's definition, but not a watchable version.

As for the word itself, I suppose it is the spirit of the times that everything is crashing, even the common sense that something like this topic is even possible, instead of instantly cast aside as a bad idea.

May May, sure you can. My brother did it last year with great success. Good luck with it! Brandy, I love that you cultivated 600 SF and amended it with a cover crop! You will be very happy with the results I expect! Great blog. You like researching even more than I do. Bravo!

I love soy milk. I lived in Taiwan for 2 years and that's where I developed this taste for soy milk. At the beginning I couldn't stand soy milk but I was told that by the end I would love it. This advice was true. I like soy milk cold and hot. Soy milk doesn't sound the easiest to make. I would suggest you taking a look at www.bigcrazystore.com. They have a list of soy milk makers that make the process much much easier!

Do you think I could possibly use this method to improve the soil in my raised beds? I really could use to improve the soil in one especially. Hmmmmmm. I just may have to consider it.

I have to tell you, I check in every week to see if you've posted. What I'm really looking forward to, is to see The Status read: Successful, I've done it and I know it works. ;) That will be quite the feeling of satisfaction for you, I"m sure.

I especially like how easy you make it sound to make cheese. I always thought it would be a difficult process, you know? I may have to try it now, one day!

I think the part I like best, though I applaud all the info you've gone out of your way to find... is that you're going into detail on the safety measures and being upfront with the use of lye. I think it was great to put that right up there at the top.

I also like the part about what products you could find it in at the store and whether or not they were sold anymore and so forth. You really put a lot of effort into this, honey, and it shows.

Good job! I can't wait until you try it.
